The two flat packages, Starter Store and Custom One-Page Site, are paid in full up front and work starts the same day. The three variable packages are reserved with a refundable deposit: $250 for Full Website / Store, $500 for Advanced Custom Build, $250 for Custom Browser Game. A deposit is refundable in full if you cancel before work begins. Once the build starts, it is credited toward your project total and is non-refundable.
Rounds of feedback inside the agreed scope. I keep it collaborative, not nickel-and-dimed. Brand-new directions after sign-off are a fresh scope.
